How it works

It's a simple process, and I handle every step myself.

  1. 01

    Reach out.

Book a time on my calendar or send me a note.

  2. 02

    We talk for 30 minutes.

I'll ask about your story, your work, your values and what you're looking for. I won't pitch you anything.

  3. 03

I think about who you should meet.

I listen for values, role and fit. If I don't see a fit yet, I'll say so.

  4. 04

    Both sides say yes.

Each side hears about the other first, without names. I share names only when both of you want to meet.

  5. 05

    You take it from there.

You run your own conversations, interviews and due diligence. I'm around if I can help.

The five values I listen for

These come from Scripture, and they're what I'm listening for in every conversation.

  • Calling

Work is more than a paycheck. It's something you were made and sent to do.

The leaders I talk with want their work to matter to God and to other people. The companies I introduce them to exist for more than profit, and their owners can tell you what that purpose is. When a leader's calling and a company's purpose line up, the work gets wholehearted.

    Ephesians 2:10; Colossians 3:23-24

  • Integrity

Doing what you said you'd do, especially when no one is checking.

It shows up in how a leader delivers bad news, how they talk about people who aren't in the room, and whether their numbers can be trusted. Leaders need companies that keep their promises too.

    Psalm 78:72; Proverbs 10:9

  • Servant leadership

Leading for the good of the people you lead, without needing the credit.

Jesus said that whoever wants to be great must be a servant. Leaders like this ask what the company needs before they ask what's in it for them. They're humble enough to listen and strong enough to decide.

    Mark 10:43-45; Philippians 2:3-4

  • Care for people

Every person at work is made in God's image. High standards and real care belong together.

Caring for people doesn't mean going easy on them. It means being clear, giving feedback that helps, and helping someone grow or move on with dignity. It also means respecting the family waiting for them at home.

    Genesis 1:27; Matthew 7:12

  • Stewardship

The company, its people and its money are a trust. None of it is ours to waste.

A steward takes responsibility for results, spends the company's money carefully, and makes decisions that will still look good after they've moved on. Faithful in small things, faithful in large ones.

    Matthew 25:14-30; Luke 16:10

What I don't do

  • I don't charge search fees. MissioHQ isn't a search firm.
  • I don't use AI to score, rank or evaluate people.
  • I don't keep public profiles or candidate lists.
  • I don't screen anyone on religion or any other protected characteristic. Introductions are based on values, experience and fit.
