The short version: what you tell me stays with me unless you say otherwise.

What I collect

When you send a note through the contact form, I receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, your role or company, and whatever you write.

When you book a time, Calendly collects your name, email and anything you add to the booking. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy policy.

When we talk, I keep my own notes so I can think about who you should meet.

The site also records basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, the referring site, device type and country. I don't run advertising trackers on this site.

How I use it

I use your information to reply to you, to set up our conversation, and to consider introductions. I don't sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Introductions

Before I introduce anyone, I describe each side to the other in general terms, without names or identifying details. I share your name and contact information only after you've said yes to that specific introduction.

Who else handles it

The companies that run my website, calendar and email store this information on my behalf. I don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep notes for as long as they're useful for making introductions. If you'd like me to delete what I have about you, tell me and I will.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Send me a note through the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
