The right leader changes everything. So does the wrong one.
I work with owners and CEOs of Maryland companies who want a senior leader who shares their values. If you run on EOS or another operating system, even better.
Seats I can help with
CEO, president, Integrator or second-in-command, COO, CFO, VP of operations, VP of sales, and fractional leaders.
How introductions work
- 01
We talk for 30 minutes.
Tell me about your company, your values, your goals and the seat you need to fill.
- 02
I think about who fits.
I know a lot of senior leaders in and around Maryland. I consider values, experience and fit.
- 03
Both sides say yes.
When a leader is interested and you are too, I introduce you directly. Then you run your process.
What to have ready
Clear values
Your core values, written down, with examples of what they look like in practice.
A clear role
What the seat owns, what success looks like in 12 months, and who it reports to.
An accountability chart
Or an org chart that shows how this role fits with the rest of the leadership team.
What this is and isn't
I make introductions. I don't replace your hiring process, your attorney or your due diligence. You still interview, check references and make the call. Introductions are based on values, experience and fit, never on religion or any other protected characteristic.
What it costs
Nothing. I'm not a search firm, and I don't charge for conversations or introductions. This is part of what I believe I'm called to do.

Let's talk
Thirty minutes on the phone, free. Tell me where you are and what you're looking for, and I'll tell you whether I can help.
