Why is this free?
Because I believe it's part of my calling. I sold my company in 2016, and my work since then has been helping leaders build companies that honor God and serve people well. Introductions are one way I do that. I don't charge executives, and I don't charge companies for conversations or introductions.
Is this a Christian organization? Do I have to be a Christian?
It's Christian-led. I'm a follower of Jesus, and the values I listen for come from Scripture. Many of the owners and leaders I know are Christians too. You don't have to be one to take part. Introductions are based on values, experience and fit, and I don't screen anyone on religion.
Is this a recruiting firm?
No. I don't run searches or keep a pipeline of candidates. I make a small number of personal introductions, and both sides agree to each one first.
What does MissioHQ mean?
Missio is Latin for "a sending." It's where we get the word mission. I believe leaders are sent to the places where their work matters most, and I want to help them get there.
How does this relate to C12 and Leaders On Tap?
I'm a Principal Chair with C12 in Maryland, and I host Leaders On Tap. MissioHQ is my own initiative alongside that work. You don't need to be part of either one.
Are you connected to Missio Marketing?
No. MissioHQ isn't affiliated with Missio Marketing or Missio Digital.
Is my search confidential?
Yes. There are no public profiles or candidate lists. I share your name only with your permission, for a specific introduction.
What is a double opt-in introduction?
I describe the opportunity or the leader to each side first, without names. I share names and introduce you only when both of you say yes.
Do you only work in Maryland?
The companies are in Maryland. Leaders can live in Maryland or nearby in the DC region, as long as the role works for both sides.
Do you use AI to evaluate people?
No. Nobody is scored or ranked by software. Every introduction comes from my own judgment after a real conversation.
